Alex founded the business in 2007 and is Managing Director of the Company. Having come from a background in accounts, Alex brings extensive experience and expertise. He can ably navigate his way around numbers with ease.
With over 20 years’ experience within financial services managing businesses, advising, processing and providing financial planning to clients from all background. Alex has developed an in-depth knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets which makes him a leading advisor in the field. It would be hard to find an advisor as knowledgeable or diligent as Alex.
Chris joined the business in 2008 when it was still in its formative stages. He had worked with Alex at 2 different companies over a 5-year period previously & shared the same view on being able to do a better job for client’s than previous employers did. Chris has been providing advice to client’s for nearly 15 years on both a residential, buy to let & commercial basis, since his original career as a basketball player went south due to an issue with being vertically challenged. Alongside standard residential & buy to let enquiries, Chris is happy to assist with all manner of commercial business including build finance, bridging & 2nd charge options on all types of property. If you have a scenario which requires financing, regardless of the security, Chris will be happy to assist as he is always keen to take on a challenge!
Kerry has been with the company for nearly 3 years but has worked with many of the people here previously. With over a decade of experience in mortgage & protection advice, Kerry has a wealth of knowledge to suit the needs of the client. Kerry specialises in serving the existing clients of the company ensuring that mortgage & protection renewals are handled smoothly & well in advance of their end date. This ensures that the initial advice is reviewed, updated to current needs & processed prior to any increase in your monthly premium. If you’re an existing client of the company, you can expect Kerry’s friendly voice to be in contact with you in plenty of time before your current product matures.
Ron has been fulfilling client’s mortgage & protection needs for over a decade & worked with most members of the company previously. With extensive experience in all types of funding he can assess, recommend & arrange any type of mortgage to suit the client’s needs. Ron keeps a key interest in property outside of the office & has renovated several properties himself over the years to add value. This knowledge brings an added value to his clients who may be considering funding for property improvement as Ron can not only provide the relevant product advice but understands the costs & pitfalls involved in such projects.Whatever the client situation Ron will have the knowledge to assist appropriately.

Lucy has over 15 years of experience within financial services, Processing everything from mortgages to insurances & overall industry compliance. She has also worked with Alex, Chris, Ron & Kerry previously. While overseeing all processing from application to completion, Lucy specialises in liaising with our solicitors to ensure that once funds are agreed they are requested & appropriated correctly in a timely manner.
